Zalando has introduced “Zalando Partner,” a unified platform that simplifies and enhances its services for business partners. This initiative consolidates all partner-related offerings, including wholesale, partner programs, connected retail, marketing and logistics services, into a single, easy-to-navigate platform. According to Andreas Antrup, SVP of Partner Services, this move aligns with Zalando’s vision to become a leading European fashion and lifestyle e-commerce ecosystem. 

As part of the rebrand, Zalando’s 360° retail media unit, previously known as Zalando Marketing Services (ZMS), is now renamed Zalando Partner Marketing Services. The upgrade introduces new tools like the “Customer Journey Compass,” designed to help partners strategically plan and assess their marketing efforts. Initially available to select partners, this feature aims to enhance customer engagement and optimize brand success on the platform.
