Ronald Page, a footwear industry veteran, died on Sept. 6 at the age of 75. He worked for Polo Ralph Lauren, Ellesse and Nike before he joined Deckers Outdoor Corporation in the early 1990s as the vice president for sales at Teva. He oversaw the brand's biggest growth years, and contributed to establishing the infrastructure for selling Ugg and Simple as well. In 1997, he moved to Amsterdam to run Deckers Europe. After he left the company, he founded Established Brands Inc., a licensee for sports and outdoor brands, with his partner Thomas Seavey.
