Rossignol officials say their sales in France fell by 10 percent overall during the first half of this winter period, whereas the company's global sales decreased by between 5-10 percent at the end of the last year. Rossignol hopes for a better second half of this winter season, so that the inventory among retailers will be reduced. Rossignol Germany hopes to keep its sales stable, but the sell-in for the winter 2010-11 season may drop by about 4-5 percent.
