Runners Point, the German retail chain owned by Foot Locker, has moved into the Austrian market with its new, more specialist format, which focuses on running, to the detriment of brands such as Timberland or Vans. Runners Point has opened its first two stores in Austria, located in the SCS Vössendorf and Donauzentrum shopping malls of Vienna. A third store will start up at the end of October in the downtown area of the capital.
