Safilo, the big Italian manufacturer of eyewear and marketer of its own Carrera and Smith sports brands, has appointed Philipp Greilberger commercial director for optics and sports at its Austrian subsidiary. The 34-year-old served on the executive board of Nike's subsidiary in charge of Austria and Switzerland.
