Sales grew by 12.2 percent at Orange 21 for the quarter ended March 31. Turnover grew among all customer classes. Sales in the domestic region, including the U.S. and Canada, made up 79 percent of total sales, up from 78 percent last year. Likewise, international sales dipped by 1 percentage point. The net loss was $0.9 million, worse than the loss of $0.8 million in 2009. The gross profit margin fell by 3.9 percentage points to 45.0 percent.
