Sales increased by 4.1 percent at Acushnet Company in 2014, reaching $1,537 million, according to the financial documents filed by Fila Korea, which acquired the U.S.-based parent company of Titleist and FootJoy four years ago, in combination with other investors. Acushnet's operating margin dropped to 7.1 percent from 8.1 percent in the previous year. It turned negative in the fourth quarter while sales rose to $324.3 million from $294.2 million.
