Select Distribution of Costa Mesa, California, has secured a three-year license to sell skate decks and wheels under the Sims brand throughout the world except in Canada and Argentina. Re-issued models are already available for sale. The company started working with Tom Sims on skateboard products in 1984, eight years after he founded the Sims brand of snowboards. Select Distribution also sells re-issued decks and shapes from the legendary Vision Street Wear brand, which, like Sims, is owned by Collective Licensing International.
