Seth Darling, who left Volcom as senior vice president for strategic development and general counsel shortly after the company was bought was PPR in July, is moving over to Nike. He will be the new head of strategy and planning for the giant's affiliate brands, such as Cole Haan and Converse. Darling was a player in Volcom's acquisition, six years after he guided through its IPO when he was a corporate lawyer with the firm Latham & Watkins.
