By signing a contract with Atomic until 2024, the successful U.S. ski racer Mikaela Shiffrin will continue to compete with the Austrian brand’s skis, boots, bindings and helmets for the next two seasons. So far, Shiffrin had relied on the brand for her entire career. In addition to the contract renewal, there will be a significant change in the service team around Shiffrin: Johann Strobl is retiring from the tour after four successful years and moving on to the Atomic Pro Center to strengthen the in-house race service team in Altenmarkt. Shiffrin’s new service staff will be Robert Bürgler and Lukas Rottinger. Shiffrin – a 4-time overall World Cup winner – has won 74 World Cup races to date and finished on the podium 120 times.
