Shimano won a Gold Award for its ACCU3D R windbreaker at the iF Product Design Awards held Tuesday. Fifty companies were selected for the prestigious Gold Award, out of 2,756 projects submitted for consideration. Shimano's windbreaker weighs 63 grams and can be stored compact for easy transport in your pocket. It is water-repellent and resistant to tears. It also won a Eurobike Award at the Eurobike show in Friedrichshafen, Germany last September.
