Skechers USA is sueing once again Eliya over the designs of its Bernie Mev Gummies shoes, claiming that they infringe on the design patents for the pillow-celled sole of its own Skech-Air shoes. The two companies had stipulated a settlement over their dispute last year, but Skechers is taking Eliya again to court in California, charging that it is producing new infringing models and circulating them in the U.S.
