Skilynx, the investment company that took over the Vuarnet brand of sunglasses a few years ago, has reached an agreement to take over the rights to the Vuarnet brand for all kinds of products in an asset deal with Jean Vuarnet, the famous French ski champion, and his son Alain. Officials of Neo Investment, which controls Silynx, are still evaluating the current portfolio of licensed products including skis, sports clothing and a new line of watches. They want to keep the technical DNA of the brand under its new management, which has yet to be appointed.
