Spofact assumed the distribution of Nautilus' lines of Bowflex fitness equipment in Germany, starting on July 1, completing the range of Nautilus products in its portfolio. Previously, Nautilus was using a Swiss-based company, Trisport, for the distribution of the Bowflex Max Trainer in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It will work with Trisport for sales in the Austrian market.  Spofact, which has its own warehouse in Hamburg, already distributes three other brands of Nautilus equipment - Nautilus, Schwinn and Modern Movement - in Germany and Austria, in addition to Tunturi. The company is run by Erol Öztuncel, who has been in the fitness sector for more than 18 years. Formerly involved with Hammer, he began to take care of Tunturi in Germany in 2012 when it was still the property of the Accell Group and took over its German operation in October 2014.
