Spoon Group, the bespoke bike company that owns the WyndyMilla and Spoons Customs brands as well as custom paint shop Gun Control Paint, has closed a financing round worth £740,000 (€845,575). A private round that brought in nearly £300,000 in new investment was followed by funding from long-term debt partner and institutional investor FSE Group, which stepped in through its Enterprise M3 initiative, bringing the total raised to £740,000. The Spoon Group is now reportedly valued at £3.7 million (€4.2 million). The new funding is meant to help the group further develop its portfolio of road and gravel bikes and grow the team. The company is also planning to develop and produce its first custom performance e-bike in 2023. Spoon Group was created from the merger of custom bike brands WyndyMilla and Spoon Customs in 2019.
