Sport 2000 Germany has created two additional house fairs, called Top 5, where its retail members can order between 50 and 70 percent of the merchandise from the five major suppliers – Adidas/Reebok, Nike, Puma, Asics and Under Armour – which all require early commitments from retailers. It will take place on June 3-5 and Dec. 2-4. It will run concurrently with another house show for its affiliated running specialty shops, which was previously staged later in the year. In this connection, some of the services that were previously handled by the suppliers will be taken over by Sport 2000. The organization's three other house fairs will keep their present schedules for the balance of this year. A winter sports equipment fair will be held on March 25-26. The fair for outdoor retailers will run on July 1-3, followed on July 21-24 by a house fair where other product categories will be presented for the spring/summer 2019 season.
