On June 1, the tenth Absolute Run store opened in Liège, Belgium. Sport 2000 has implemented the store together with the Running Experts Europe partner “Jogging Plus.”
True to the concept, the Absolute Run - Jogging Plus area is fully geared to tangibly and visibly conveying to customers the added value that sets the running specialist apart from the market. In addition to the merchandise, this includes above all passion, inspiration, emotion and experiences around the topic of running. To this end, the Jogging Plus team will offer, among other things, weekly community runs in Liège. In addition, a 16-meter running track will be integrated into the store so that customers can test the shoes they are trying on in detail. Technical support for advice is provided by Currex foot pressure measurement and Dartfish motion analysis. With Adidas, Asics, Brooks, Hoka, New Balance and Saucony, the store presents all the relevant running brands in the region and thus offers the largest specialized shoe and textile range in the region.
Jogging Plus is the second-largest running retailer in the southern part of Belgium and is part of the successful Abatex outdoor group. The experienced running specialist operates a second location in Brussels, which is planned to be converted into an Absolute Run store later this year.
