With advertisements, a social media campaign and selected tools and assets like the locally held ”Junior Sales Champion” competition offered to its members, the buying group wants to support its members in their HR tasks and the search for new trainees and employees. With the Sport 2000 academy and external training opportunities, the company also promotes the individual training and development of retailers and employees.
