Absolute Run Sport Pauli in Deggendorf in Southern Germany opened its doors on Oct. 6 as Sport 2000’s ninth German Absolute Run store. The existing 280-sqm store was completely remodeled for this purpose by owner Günter Pauli, a running specialist retailer for 30 years. A 20-meter-long running track now stretches through the store, and services include Currex foot pressure measurement and video analysis. Also new in the store is a community corner with a coffee bar and the option of converting the space into an event area for presentations. Pauli and his team will offer weekly community runs, running classes, info nights, as well as other events. Absolute Run Sport Pauli will feature all the relevant running brands, offering the largest specialized shoe and textile range in the region.
