Sport Partner reports that employees at Brandboxx Leusden, where many sports brands have their showroom in the Netherlands, are keeping the center open despite the bankruptcy of TCN Sports Business Center, the legal entity that owns the Brandboxx. Last month already saw the bankruptcy of TCN Property Projects, the entity that formally employed the staff of the Brandboxx. Their job contracts will expire at the end of the year but the employees are ensuring the continuity of service at the center. The management of the Brandboxx is now formally in the hands of the receivers. TCN Sports Business Center is one of the profitable parts of the company, but it had to be declared bankrupt because some of the holding company's liabilities could be claimed on its subsidiaries. However, the receiver told Sport Partner that he was quite optimistic about the continuation of the Brandboxx' activities.
