SportScheck has invested a double-digit million figure to renovate and expand its 18-year-old store in downtown Cologne, which now measures 5,600 square meters. The interior layout has been changed completely and a new glass window allows a view of the city's famous Cathedral from every floor. The chain's next store will open in the Aquis Plaza Center of Aachen in the autumn of 2015 or the spring of 2016, to be followed by one in Düsseldorf in the spring of 2017 at the earliest.
