Stefan Jentzsch announced that he will resign as a member of Adidas' supervisory board at the company's annual meeting on May 9. He has been serving on the board since Nov. 7, 2007. At its latest meeting on March 6, the board decided to propose Frank Appel as his successor. Appel is the chief executive of the Deutsche Post DHL Group. Jentzsch is currently a partner in Perella Weinberg, the New York-based asset management firm.
