Sylvain Bouchès has been appointed as director for the Adidas brand in France. He takes over from Nicolas Favre, who became general manager for Adidas France last November. Bouchès took up the position at the beginning of this year and he joined a seven-strong management committee. The Frenchman became part of the Adidas Group in 2005, after assignments at Decathlon and Esprit. He held several marketing functions until he moved to the Adidas group's sales team and became one of its key account managers, in charge of Go Sport. From 2013 he was part of the marketing team, in charge of football and other team sports, and then as omni-channel marketing director. Bouchès reports to Favre.
