Taipei Cycle 2018 will be held from the end of October to the beginning of November. The re-scheduling of the show will lead to a split with TaiSpo, which is still scheduled for March 8-10 next year. For the first time since 2011, the two events will be held separately. Both shows are organized by Taitra. The decision to move Taipei Cycle later in the year was made following a comprehensive industry survey. Taipei Cycle 2018 will highlight e-devices and feature a new zone dedicated to the Internet of Things (IoT). There will also be an area for companies established after Jan. 1, 2013, called the Startup Pavilion. TaiSpo will continue to focus on fitness, camping, outdoor, water sports equipment, and sportswear. TaiSpo will also host an area dedicated to the IoTas as well as a new “Training Programs Zone,” with training program exhibits and personal training classes.
