Tecnosport has signed a deal to launch and serve as the exclusive distributor and vendor of Biody Xpert, according to CMDsport. Produced by the French company Aminogram, Biody Xpert is a portable, wireless device that measures body fat, the mineral content of bones, metabolic-protein mass, intra- and extracellular water levels, the state of cellular membranes, and other such things. It also syncs its data with the computer system of the user’s doctor for treatment and prevention. Details are forthcoming on its launch. Founded in 2003, Aminogram produces two other such devices: Biody Coach and Biody Life. Tecnosport, an online fitness equipment retailer, was founded some 20 years ago and is headquartered in Badalona, Spain.
