The ANWR Group, which manages the centralized purchasing operations for its affiliated shoe retailers and the retail members of Sport 2000 and Fairplay International Sports in Germany, will launch a new concept for its in-house trade shows, starting this autumn. ANWR plans to organize four trade shows on a quarterly basis. The first one will take place on Nov. 28-29. It will be called ANWR Order Summer. ANWR Order Autumn is to take place in March, ANWR Order Winter at the end of May, and ANWR Order Spring in September. ANWR will also invite the big sports footwear brands that are currently only available for sale at selected German shoe shops. Suppliers of kids' shoes, comfort shoes and outdoor shoes will exhibit at exclusive order shows to be organized in February and August, as they are subject to other factors and regulations.
