The Asian Golf Industry Federation (AGIF) has a new president from South Korea. Tim Trinka has been unanimously elected to lead the organization for the next two years. He works as a senior foreign lawyer at Bae, Kim & Lee in Seoul. He has been co-chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Korea since 1995. He is currently a member of the executive council of the United Service Organization (USO) in Korea, of which he was formerly vice president, and he was formerly vice president and a member of the board of governors of the Seoul Club. Trinka regularly represents designers, developers, companies involved in operations and championship management, and product suppliers in the golf industry.
