The board of directors of Columbia Sportswear has elected Sabrina Simmons to direct its Nominating and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees. Simmons will also be a candidate for full-term board membership at the company's 2019 annual shareholders meeting. Currently, Simmons sits on the boards of Williams-Sonoma and ELF Cosmetics, chairing their auditing committees. She served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Gap from 2008 to 2017.
