The Cisalfa Sport group booked a sharp improvement in Ebitda to nearly €33 million for the financial year ended last February from €27 million the year before, in spite of only a small increase in consolidated revenues to €429 million from €420 million. It ended up with a net profit of €12.5 million that will be invested in new projects. Excluding Intersport Italia, whose sales were stable, the directly owned stores of Cisalfa Sport raised their sales by 3.2 percent to €351 million, with a same-store increase of 3.4 percent. The company opened five new stores including a 3,000-square-meter flagship in Rome. The number of restyled stores increased to 60.
