The European Cyclists' Federation (ECF) has picked Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, as the venue for its annual ECF Velo-city Global Conference in 2016. The conference was held in Vienna earlier this year, drawing more than 1,400 delegates while thousands of people participated in side events throughout the city. The next one will take place in Adelaide, Australia on May 27-30, 2014, to be followed by Nantes in France in 2015.
