The new global headquarters for Speedo, in Nottingham, England, moved from another location in the city in November, recently had its official opening ceremony featuring a visit by Princess Anne. The new Speedo House is 35,000 square feet on three floors, and includes the company's offices, design studio, and Aqualab global research and development facility. It was designed with the environment in mind, and has solar control glazed windows, intelligent lighting and air source heat pump technology, winning a rating of excellent on the BREEAM. More than 170 employees work at the headquarters.
