The organizers of Bread & Butter have decided to cancel a proposal to add a day for the general public because of opposition by the majority of its exhibitors. Separately, B&B reports that Joey Elgersma has left the company and that his duties will be taken over by its board of directors. Elgersma started at B&B four years ago as the manager responsible for the show's Sport & Street Area. He became its marketing director about a year ago.
