The OutDoor show in Friedrichshafen will feature a dedicated running section at its next session, which will take place earlier than usual on June 18-21, considering that many brands of running footwear have now shoes for trail running as well as road running. Even Salomon, the leading brand of trail running shoes, is reportedly working on a project to launch road running shoes, starting perhaps in China. As a newcomer to the OutDoor fair, On will be one of the new exhibitors. The concept is backed by Lauf-Profis, the group of running specialist retailers of Sport 2000 Germany.
