The seventh edition of the World Snowboard Day is planned for Sunday, Dec. 30. Organized by EuroSIMA, the World Snowboard Federation and Outdoor Sports Valley, it can be described as a free celebration day for the sport, where veterans and neophytes alike are welcomed to the slopes to enjoy and discover snowboarding and its culture. Last year the World Snowboard Day was celebrated through 167 events in 37 countries. A world champion freerider, Anne-Flore Marxer, is acting this year as its ambassador.
