The Swiss group Maus Frères, owner of Lacoste and Aigle, has taken a majority stake in Eboutic.ch, the leading online retailer in Switzerland. It bought a 70 percent stake in the company for an undisclosed sum, leaving the remaining 30 percent under the control of Eboutic's founders, Arthur Dauchez and Laure de Gennes. Eboutic expects sales of 35 million Swiss francs (€29.6m-$41.8m) this year.
