The World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry (WFSGI) announced that its next Manufacturers' Forum is to take place at the Renaissance Hotel Harbour View in Hong Kong on Dec. 2-3. It will explore the topic “Beyond Lean Manufacturing,” focusing on circular manufacturing; factory planning and product optimization; reduction of labor-intensive production; and workforce education and human-centered manufacturing. Apart from much practical information and giveaways, the forum is described as being an opportunity for direct exchanges with manufacturing specialists and many other industry contacts. Entertainment will include horse racing at the iconic Hong Kong Jockey Club.
