Thomas Römpke has left Völkl Tennis after 10 years in office as chief of international product management and, since early this year, head of European sales and marketing. During this time he developed a network of European distributors for Völkl Tennis, a mission that finished with Völkl’s licensing deal last year with Klip America for tennis products. Römpke joins the management of Bavaria Yachtbau, a German boat construction company. In the meantime, Limited Sports, the company responsible for the distribution of Völkl Tennis in the German-speaking countries, has taken on the role of European logistics center to ship the merchandise to distributors across the continent.
