Tom Wilson-North, former owner of the freeride snowboard shop Zero G in Chamonix, France, is joining the Nidecker Group in the new role of digital transformation manager. Wilson-North has been senior snowboard writer at Boardsport Source, key advisor to Protect Our Winters Europe and a member of the snow sports jury for the Ispo Award. At Nidecker, he is expected to develop interrelations between shops, distributors and brands. Founded in 1887 in Switzerland, and best known for the snowboard business it established in 1984, the Nidecker Group remains family-owned into the fifth generation. It is home to the Nidecker, Yes, Jones, Now and Flow snowboard brands, with distribution in 42 countries. With this new management position, the company intends to improve sales, digital, warranty and customer services.
