Total Apparel Group has named Robert Lineburg to be president of its subsidiary Kappa North America, and Jeff Sirchio is the new chief operating officer. Lineburg comes from a children's apparel company, Keystone Apparel, where he was chief executive. The new appointments come as the company's board approved a 1 for 150 reverse stock split of its issued common stock, in effect as of March 4. This is in conjunction with an increase of the company's authorized shares of common stock to 1.9 billion. This action will enable the company to continue its near and long term growth strategy.
