Schwalbe will show how it manages product ratings, reviews and Q&A sessions to learn from the customers’ feedback in order to enhance the brands’ reputation. Gominga eServices, another company that manages product, location, app and shop reviews, will say how they can be used in dealing with global internet platforms such as Amazon and other online marketplaces.
