IcebVenture 7 Advisors announced that private equity firm Camano Capital has acquired a majority stake in Turtle Fur, a Vermont-based manufacturer and distributor of headwear and accessories for the snowsports and lifestyle markets. Richard Sontag, owner of Turtle Fur, will retain a partial stake in the company. Venture 7 Advisors was the exclusive advisor to Turtle Fur in this transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
