Two more partners have joined the House of Sport, which groups together organizations in sports and leisure. Established in Brussels two years ago, it aims to more efficiently promote the benefits of physical activity and address the sector's challenges. The two newcomers are the European and Mediterranean Horseracing Federation (EuroMedracing), the governing authority in charge of horseracing in Europe; and European Education through Inter Cultural Studies and Sport (EurEthics/ETSIA), which is described as a leading organization in the martial arts sector, specialized in outdoor and environmentally-friendly activities. With more than 40,000 active members, mostly in grassroots sports and social activities, EurEthics/ETSIA was a partner of the EU Sport Forum and the European Week of Sport, and it has taken part in several EU projects such as Erasmus +.
