Tyr has signed Ricky Berens, the Olympic gold medalist from the 800m freestyle relay at the 2008 Beijing Games. He was also on the gold-medal-winning 800m freestyle relay team at the Fina World Championships in 2009, and is currently training for this year's edition of that competition in Shanghai this month.
