UFFI Real Estate Asset Management, a French manager of real estate funds, paid €3.7 million for a warehouse located in Saint Benoit, near the French town of Poitiers, from Go Sport. The sporting goods retailer sold seven stores in France for €45.9 million in 2007. The operation is expected to help the group improve its results. In the first half of the year, Go Sport widened its net loss to €15.2 million from €5.0 million a year earlier.
