Under Armour has filed a lawsuit in a district court in Baltimore against Nike, claiming that it is infringing on the federally registered “I Will” trademark. The company said that Nike has been using a similar phrase to promote its products. “I will” is the theme of Under Armour's latest advertising campaign, but the company has been using the phrase for years.
