Italian brand UYN (Unleash Your Nature) has opened a store in Cambridge, its first in the UK. SGI Europe reported about this planned opening earlier this month while the brand was inaugurating another store in Peschiera, on Italy’s Lake Garda. The Cambridge store is located on Market Hill, in the city center. Like the one in Peschiera, the new UK store also features UYN’s so-called Bio-Lab, an experiential area where customers can discover the eco-friendly materials used in the brand’s collections, including eucalyptus, corn and castor seeds, beechwood and more. The store furnishing is also assembled paying attention to the environment. The Cambridge opening is part of UYN’s wider expansion plans. In 2022, the brand entered the American market with a Boston office, which will reportedly be followed by a flagship store, also in Boston, according to Running Magazine. Another major step in UYN’s global retail expansion is scheduled for Sept. 9, when the brand will open a store in Beijing, China, its first outside of Europe. It will be located at Beijing’s Golden Resources Shopping Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in the world. According to the German magazine Soq.de, the brand is already preparing two additional store openings in Beijing, China. More stores are scheduled for opening in Salzburg, Austria, and Düsseldorf, Germany, this fall.
