Victor Duran, the 44-year-old senior vice president for marketing and business-to-consumer for Amer Sports, became a member of the company's executive board since Jan. 1. He joined the company last March 1 from HotHouse, where he was a partner, and also worked at Zyman Group, Caterpillar EMEA and Procter & Gamble.
