While announcing a 16 percent sales increase to $213.9 million for the first six months of this year, with growth of 26.5 percent in North America, Johnson Health Tech reported the acquisition of Magnum Fitness, a U.S. manufacturer of commercial fitness equipment located in Wisconsin, where its North American subsidiary also is. Magnum will provide the Taiwan-based parent company of Matrix, Vision Fitness, Horizon Fitness and AFG with an American manufacturing base and a portfolio of over 300 strength products.
