While the Nike group has pulled out of the golf equipment category, it continues to sign up endorsees for its golf apparel and footwear. Sport Industry Group reports that the latest players on board of Nike's team include Alex Norén, a Swedish player who was 18th in world golf rankings at the end of last year. Another new endorsee is the U.S. player Patrick Reed, a five-time PGA Tour winner who previously wore Callaway. They are joined by the Englishman Chris Wood, a three-time winner on the European Tour, and the rookies Cameron Champ and Jimmy Stanger. All five have agreed to wear Nike apparel and footwear on the course. Si Woo Kim from South Korea and England's Lee Westwood have reportedly teamed up with Nike as well.
