Wilson Sporting Goods has named Jason Collins, a 22-year veteran of the company, as its new global general manager of racquet sports, reporting to Joe Dudy, president and CEO at Wilson. Collins succeeds Hans-Martin Reh, who is moving on to pursue other interests outside the company. Reh had assumed the position as GM racquet sports in 2014. Collins, who most recently served as senior director of global product, will assume responsibility for Wilson’s traditional tennis business and also the move into newer, fast-growing markets such as padel and pickleball.
